Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
amazing location friendly staff
The location was FANTASTIC. The train station and the main square are within WALKING distance. Staff assisted with directions to local spots. They also held our luggage after checkout, since our train was late.
I had a room where the shower temperature was erratic. The water suddenly became cold mid-shower. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Walking to almost anywhere is very convenient from this hotel. I was able to explore a lot of the area on foot.

All staff were very cordial and helpful . They were also very cooperative. The receptionists were very kind and nice. I appreciate their support.

helpful staff excellent location
the staff provided useful tips for exploring the area. theo at breakfast was especially helpful each morning. ewa and pablo were wonderful to talk with. the location was excellent it was a short walk to the train station and grand place.
the bathroom door in my room did not close properly it could use some repair though i traveled alone so i didn't mind

i had a superior twin room. it was big. the location is great, close to the central station. the staff always lend a helping hand, thats awesome.
